I hurt my back a little carrying my daughter on my back while doing a full sprint.
Two days after I hurt it a lot with a misstep on the sidewalk, really banging my back on the same side where it hurt.
Two days after I was cold and hugged the 湯たんぽ with my feet, burning myself while I slept. Had a blister, and two days later, it got infected.
I’m writing this from my bed, because until this heals, standing hurts. Also, the doctor said to stay in bed.
